About Us
We are an evidence forward and community focused rehabilitation clinic located in Lebanon, Ohio. Our goal is to educate and empower patients to have the ability to better their own health. Our clinicians live active lifestyles and truly believe that movement is the best medicine.
We are a cash based practice. This means we are not contracted to bill directly with insurances. HOWEVER, this does not mean your insurance cannot be incorporated into your treatment. We accept HSAs and can provide you with a superbill for each appointment that you can be submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Being cash based allows our clinicians to incorporate many therapies without any additional cost that insurance would not traditionally cover.
It is about giving a patient want they need to succeed not giving a patient what their insurance will cover.
