What is it?

Initial assessments include a thorough patient history, review of systems, musculoskeletal exam, and mechanical assessment of the area of complaint accompanied by appropriate treatment strategies for take home care! 


How long does it take?

Initial take 45-60 minutes. We want to make sure we have all the information we need to help you make an effective and realistic care plan.

Follow Up

What is it?

Follow-ups will encompass checking and testing baselines from initial assessment, continued corrective exercises, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, patient education and adjustments if necessary! 


How long does it take?

Follow-ups take between 20 and 30 minutes. Come prepared to move!

Recovery Pass

What is it?

The Recovery Pass is great for the person looking for an extra recovery advantage. Recovery appointments involve joint manipulation, soft tissue, cupping, and dry needling depending on your needs that day.


How long does it take?

Recovery appointments are 30 minutes long.

What is it?

Seminars are a way we provide community education and perform community outreach. We have a variety of topics that we allow the venue to pick from. Along with the hands on lecture, we offer outreach treatment 1 hour before the seminar begins.


How long does it take?

Seminars are 2-3 hours in length and consist of a lecture and hands on components.

SISU Saturday

What is it?

SISU Saturday is another free event designed to improve the overall health of our community. Once a month we get together as a group and invite the public to join us. During these get togethers we try a new physical activity like biking, hiking, weightlifting, rock climbing, yoga, and many more.
